Seascape House – Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions

1. General
All guests must read and agree to the terms outlined below before completing their reservation. Confirming the booking constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. House Rules

Smoking:
Smoking inside Seascape House is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Violation of this rule will result in a €1,000 fine.

Occupancy Limit:
The number of guests staying at the villa must not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed as stated in the booking.

Noise Ordinance:
Guests must avoid excessive noise and be considerate of neighbors and the surrounding environment.

Pets:
Bringing pets into the property is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained.

Parking:
Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas.

Check-in & Check-out: 
Check-in: From 15:00.
Check-out: By 10:00.

Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur an additional fee.

3. Use of Villa Facilities & Sea Access
Guests agree to use the villa’s facilities responsibly and avoid any actions that may cause damage to the property.

Any damage caused due to careless use of the facilities will result in a charge for repair or replacement.

Sea access through Seascape House is at the sole responsibility of the guests. The villa owners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while accessing the sea or being in the water.

4. Liability & Insurance
The villa owners are not responsible for guests’ personal belongings. It is recommended to lock doors and secure valuable items.
Guests agree to maintain the villa and its contents and avoid any actions that may cause damage to the property.

5. Use of Water Sports Equipment (if available)
Use of water sports equipment (such as kayaks, paddleboards, or surfboards) is at the sole risk and responsibility of the users.

The villa owners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the use of such equipment.

Guests must return all equipment to its designated place after use, ensuring it is in good and working condition.

6. Environmental Responsibility
Guests must dispose of waste in designated bins and keep the villa and its surroundings clean.
Lighting bonfires in the garden or on the beach is strictly prohibited.

7. Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking, the Guest shall pay the full amount of the reservation.
If the reservation is canceled 90 days or more prior to the check-in date, the Guest will receive a 80% refund.

If the reservation is canceled between 89 and 30 days before the check-in date, the Guest will receive an 50% refund.

If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the check-in date, no refund will be provided.

8. Force Majeure & Utility Disruptions
The Guest acknowledges and agrees that, due to infrastructure limitations in Greece, temporary interruptions in electricity and water supply may occur. These disruptions are beyond the control of the Property Owner/Host.

The Property Owner/Host shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, damage, or loss resulting from such interruptions or from any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, governmental actions, or utility service failures. No refunds or compensation shall be provided for such occurrences.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the booking and confirming these terms, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all rules and guidelines stated herein.

Payment and Credit Card Terms

Payment Terms & Processing:

• Payment for the reservation must be made in full at the time of booking, via credit card or other accepted payment methods.

• Confirming the booking constitutes the guest's authorization for payment to be processed on the provided credit card.

• All payments are final and non-refundable except as specified in the cancellation policy above.

Consent to Payment Processing:

• Guests consent and authorize the processing of payment using the credit card information provided during the booking process.

• Guests acknowledge that the payment will be processed securely via our payment gateway and the details will not be stored by the villa owners.

• Any additional charges, including damages or extra services, will be charged to the credit card on file after the guest’s stay, as necessary.

Security of Information:

• All credit card information is processed through a secure payment system, and we adhere to the highest standards of security.

• The villa owners do not store or retain any credit card details.
All such details are processed by the payment provider in accordance with their security measures and privacy policies.
